Linda Simons has been in real estate business for over 20 years, starting the company and developing it into what it is today!

She has 10 agents who work for her presently.

Expert in: recreational properties, land, farms, lake or water properties, especially Cuba Lake, and of course residential properties

She believes in contuning education and teaches real estate, authoring 2 courses. She is a Licensed EcoBroker and Graduate Realtor Institute, GRI

She has been Realtor of the Year for 2 different real estate Boards, Western Steuben Allegany Association Realtors and Cattauraugus Association of Realtors.

Highly invoved at the State level of leadership or Realtors, representing NYSAR, New York State of Realtors as Regional Vice President for Genesee Region. 

 She started with Maybe Real Estate over 20 years ago and opened her own company, Century 21 Unlimited. She has 10 agents that work for her now.
